If PassiveWP isn’t helping your workflow or helping you make money, we don’t want you to keep it.

Ask for a refund. We won’t fight you on it.

You can request a full refund within 14 calendar days from the original purchase timestamp.

After the 14-day window, purchases are non-refundable unless required by law.

How to request a refund

  2. Use subject line: Refund Request.
  3. Include the purchase email and order details.

Our team confirms requests as quickly as possible during support hours. No hard sell, no runaround.

Processing and timeline

Approved refunds are sent back to your original payment method.
