These Terms of Service govern use of the PassiveWP website, plugin, checkout, accounts, updates, and related services. By accessing or using the services, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.
Subject to your plan and compliance with these terms, PassiveWP grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software within purchased limits. PassiveWP is licensed, not sold.
Updates released during an active license term are included and governed by these terms. Support is provided according to your plan and published support policies.

All rights, title, and interest in PassiveWP and related materials remain with Affiliate App, LLC and its licensors.
Services and software are provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PassiveWP isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and total liability is limited to amounts paid in the 12 months preceding a claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold PassiveWP harmless for claims arising from your misuse of services or violation of these terms.
These terms are governed by New Mexico law. Exclusive venue is state courts in Santa Fe County, New Mexico, or federal courts in the District of New Mexico.
We may update these terms. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
